How we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how EventHorizon Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you access or use x402 Singularity Layer, Singularity Studio, SGL Payments, SGL Compute, Singularity Marketplace, Agentic Fundraisers, and all associated websites, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways depending on how you interact with the Platform:
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Wallet Addresses: When you connect your blockchain wallet (via WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow Kit, or Solana wallet adapters) to the Platform, we collect your public wallet address(es) across supported networks. We do not collect or have access to your private keys or seed phrases.
- Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your username, display name, profile information, avatar URL, and email address (if provided).
- Social Account Data: If you link your X (Twitter) account via OAuth, we collect your X handle, display name, avatar URL, account ID, and verified status. This data is used for identity display and social features on the Platform.
- Communications: When you contact us for support or provide feedback, we collect the content of your messages, your contact details, and any attachments you send.
- Content and Listings: Information you submit when creating endpoints, listings, fundraiser campaigns, digital goods, ratings, reviews, or campaign comments on the Platform.
- Uploaded Files: Files and media you upload (such as product images, campaign assets, or profile pictures) are stored on distributed file storage infrastructure (IPFS via Pinata).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, endpoints deployed, transaction history, click patterns, and session duration.
- Device and Technical Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, language preferences, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and serve relevant content. See Section 7 for more details.
2.3 Information from Blockchain Networks
When you conduct transactions through the Platform, certain information is publicly recorded on the applicable blockchain network (such as Base or Solana). This includes your wallet address, transaction amounts, timestamps, and smart contract interactions. This information is inherently public and immutable, and we have no control over or ability to delete on-chain data.
2.4 Data Processed by AI/LLM Services
When you use AI-powered features on the Platform (such as search or assistant features), your queries and relevant contextual information may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. We do not send your private keys, wallet credentials, or financial data to AI providers. AI providers may process and temporarily retain query data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
2.5 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party services, analytics providers, blockchain data providers, and publicly available sources. We may combine this information with information we collect directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing and operating the Platform, including processing transactions, managing accounts, deploying endpoints, and enabling marketplace functionality.
- Improving and developing our products, services, and features through analytics and usage patterns.
- Security and fraud prevention, including detecting, investigating, and preventing unauthorized access, suspicious activity, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- Communication, including responding to your inquiries, sending service-related notices, updates, and security alerts.
- Legal compliance, including complying with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
- Analytics and research, including aggregated and anonymized data analysis to understand trends and improve the Platform.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf. These include: Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Pinata (IPFS file storage), Cloudflare (edge computing and API gateway), blockchain RPC providers such as Helius and Ankr (transaction processing), World ID (identity verification), and AI/LLM service providers (for search and assistant features). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and process it only as directed by us.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
- Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for any purpose, including research, analytics, and marketing.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, compliance, or reporting requirements. The retention period may vary depending on the context and the nature of the information.
When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it. If you delete your account, we will remove your profile and account data from our active systems. However, certain data may be retained as required by law, including: payment transaction records (for tax and audit compliance), data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms, and any data already incorporated into aggregated or anonymized datasets.
Important: Information recorded on public blockchain networks (including transaction hashes, wallet addresses, and smart contract interactions) is immutable and permanent by nature. We cannot delete, modify, or remove on-chain data. Files stored on IPFS may also persist on the distributed network even after removal from our systems.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, secure hosting infrastructure, and regular security assessments.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You acknowledge that you transmit information to us at your own risk.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store certain information when you use the Platform. The types of cookies we use include:
- Essential Cookies: Required for authentication (session management via Supabase), OAuth login flows (X/Twitter state and verifier tokens), and security. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled.
